Ailee needs to be given inhalers every four hours (even throughout the night) and will be visiting the respiratory clinic on Thursday, but she is better. She can breath well on her own and her energy is starting to return.
I will update the blog shortly on all of our hospital adventures, but for now, I wanted to focus on the excitement and happiness of our first Christmas spent together as a family of four.
Our Christmas traditions and celebrations are being severely altered (being that poor Maelyn came down with the virus and the rest of us are still sick and germy), but the kids are well enough to open gifts from Santa tomorrow. We will celebrate with the rest of our family in about a week, fingers crossed.

So, so grateful to be home as a family of four. We are truly blessed. Merry Christmas, everyone!
